Yes, we provide Project Management services, and the commercials are worked out differently depending on the nature of your esteemed projects. We have an excellent insight into construction, city planning approvals and design challenges.
Once we take up your project we will take necessary permissions from various authorities like the Sanitation Department, Electricity Department, Town Planning Department, etc.
We adopt various strategies laid down by various bodies such as LEED, GRIHA, IGBC, TERI, etc, depending on the need of the project under consideration. So, yes, we can ensure the project is sustainable and we even participate in getting the Green Building Ratings post-construction. We have a few projects under our belt that we have performed on. We always strive to reduce the impact on the environment.
Once we have a clear understanding of the project undertaken, we then work out our fees. They are dependent on the scale of the project, and they are often worked out stage wise at the beginning of each project. Sometimes they can be worked out on a single stage payment if the project is small-scale.
